We spent 5 days at Le Gaudin celebrating a friend's birthday and it could not have been better. The restored farmhouse is charming with all modern conveniences. Large bedrooms furnished comfortably; modern bathrooms; wonderful common spaces with lots of places to sit and cozy up with a book; knowledgeable and helpful innkeeper; lovely outdoors with sitting areas and walking trails. Delicious food! Located about 45 mins from the Normandy beaches, and 1 hr from Mont St. Michel, it is a perfect spot!
